At Hillview Home, we encourage our residents to live an active lifestyle through daily scheduled activities, access to outdoor seating and walkways, and the assistance of living tasks such as bathing and laundry service by our staff. We are a certified in many areas of gerontology according to state regulations and beyond.

Medical Services

Hillview Home is a non-medical facility offering personal care services with Licensed Practical Nurses and Nursing Assistants to care for our residents, offering medication administration and diabetic certified aids.

Our home works closely with home care and hospice agencies offering in-home nursing and therapy services, monthly doctor visits, podiatry, optometrist, as well as pharmacy delivery for resident and family convenience. 

Staff Services

Our residents receive supervision or assistance with all daily living tasks including bathing, hair care, nail care, etc. Laundry is done daily. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and our dedicated, loving, long term staff who have cared for our residents for many years.

 

Administrators and staff are trained and certified in many areas  of gerontology, according to state regulations.

Dietary Services

We offer home-cooked, old-fashioned, ethnic meals made fresh daily, as well as special diets and daily alternate meals. All menus are planned by our certified cooks and residents are encouraged make to menu suggestions.

 

In an effort to accommodate the tastes of all of our residents, we cater to the nutritional needs of our residents. We take great pride and care in preparing every meal. 

Activity Schedules

Hillview Home keeps a packed schedule of entertainment and activities. Residents have the opportunity to hear live music from local musicians, take a seated yoga class, socialize with ice cream parties, and enjoy game nights. Click here to see a list of activities available.

Additionally, Hillview has maintained an open-door policy to our local churches. Throughout the years, we have been blessed with caring people of all denominations. Clergy, church groups, and generous volunteers cater to the spiritual needs of our residents by providing religious services, communion visits, music, or just friendly conversation.
